We enjoyed our stay. We did have a few inconveniences that I contacted the hosts about. Positive: The Location was great. Enjoyed not having to deal with a crowded parking garage and loved being able to see my car from our front door. Very calm family friendly beach. Negative: Elevators broke. Luckily we were only on the 3rd floor so it wasn’t to exhausting with luggage.

Family friendly, clean, great location. Positive: The location. We prefer Thomas drive because it’s not near as busy as front beach road. We liked that they were two pools and a kiddie pool for our 1 year old. Negative: We thought they were a tiki bar but it was just a shaded place with picnic tables. We would still visit again. Not a huge factor but would have preferred something cold drink while by the pool.

The rental was in a convenient location and generally clean upon arrival, which we appreciated. Negative: Several items felt outdated or worn, and overall, the interior could benefit from some upgrades to better match the expectations set by the listing.

Negative: This property was not all that great. You can see and feel how old it is and it has that smell to it. I was super disappointed to me it wasn’t worth what each room cost. It was giving old beach house from the 90s

Ok Positive: Location was great. Negative: Furniture is rough. Chairs are sagging and look dirty. We wouldn’t sit in them. No mattress covers on beds. Foam mattress topper is master it was old and gross. Beds creek in secondary room. Location was great, but will not book this room again. We know it’s an older complex. The room itself was really outdated and uncomfortable to stay in. Needs newer furniture and be updated.
