Positive: The staff were great. The room comfortable and attractive. Location was good. Negative: Parking garage is crowded, spaces are tiny. The room could have been cleaner. All of the dishes needed rewashed stove and counter had to be cleaned. There is a no smoking policy, however there were cigarette butt's on the balcony. Also the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 AM are non- existent. Very loud all night. People screaming across balcony. Sounds of wrenching in the hallways outside of the room. Elevators were terrible. Took a good 20 min to get on one. The beach was filthy, cans trash, etc. Super crowded

Much more to be thrilled about than annoyed by. Wife and Ihad a wonderful stay Positive: Beautiful , clean room. Parking garage level 7 and room on 7th floor with doorway to our floor made loading and unloading so easy. No dragging everything into an elevator. Pool area was superb. View from balcony was amazing overlooking the pool area and ocean, especially when it was lit up at night. Negative: Room thermostat was a little confusing and it would get hot in room occasionally. Smart TVs in room kept losing direct TV signal but had other options. Two nights in a row loud fireworks were set off by a guest I am sure at 3:00 AM.
