Positive: Great area ! Walking distance from the beach ! Negative: The hot tub didn't really get hot.

It was perfect! Super spacious and great location with a backyard that blew us away! Positive: The property was perfect! Huge rooms with a balcony for each room! Very spacious living area and kitchen. The back yard was perfect we loved the hot tub especially because the weather was colder. There was also a third half-bath on the 1st floor that we did not see in the listing so that was nice!

Positive: Love the location! It was decorated nicely. The fall pumpkins was a nice touch. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Love all the bathrooms! I didn't realize there was 3 when I booked it! Negative: There was a previous complaint on another booking site that said there was not enough or no batteries in the remotes. That was still an issue. There was only one battery in the Roku remote. There is no way to add more apps to login on the tv. You can only watch Netflix. No pull cord for the master bedroom light. You can only use the the fan with the light on. Put a pen or pencil in the kitchen for writing in the guest book.
