Positive: Access to the beach was great. Carpet was very clean. Negative: Big concern was that the downstairs and upstairs sliding exterior doors would NOT lock. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t produce any ice.

Watching dolphins play in the morning… Positive: The view is spectacular and the location on the beach a dream come true. Negative: Read info and ratings - then you know what to expect.

We had an amazing time making memories. With the amount that was paid I did expect so much more attention to a fresh & welcoming unit. I am a firm believer that “you don’t know what you don’t know” as owner and/or host may not live in area. Glows: (positives) - [ ] Communication before and during trip - [ ] Location. Location. Location - [ ] Beach views from inside unit - [ ] Access to beach - [ ] Balcony upstairs - [ ] Master bed was comfortable - [ ] AC - [ ] Washer and dryer - [ ] Kitchen was stocked with cooking tools - [ ] Outdoor shower and hose - [ ] WiFi - [ ] Full size grill outside - [ ] 1/2 bath downstairs - [ ] 2 box fans Grows: (areas that have opportunities) - [ ] Unit smelled bad upon arrival - [ ] Unit felt dirty - [ ] Kitchen floor had dirty spots - [ ] Kitchen drawers not clean. Need to be vacuumed and wiped down - [ ] Master bath floor & shower not freshly cleaned (I bought supplies to clean myself) - [ ] Sofa bed frame could be felt through mattress (We went and bought an air mattress) - [ ] Outdoor patio was filthy - [ ] Add nozzle to hose for easier cleaning of patio - [ ] Maybe add storage box for sand tools - [ ] Throw away broken/old beach chairs - [ ] Outdoor furniture was old and rusted - [ ] Paint refresh Things that I know play a big part in above: -How long this unit has been owned or under current management -Cleaning staff changes possible -Maybe slowing making changes -Making enough to pay for unit through winter
